Carl grew up in rural South Africa, then in 1998 moved to the USA to train with the World Campion barefoot skier Ron Scarpa.

  Now living in Charlotte, North Carolina Carl is a licenced real estate broker serving the residential sector and basic commercial properties. Carl enjoys helping people from all walks of life - CEO, management or the receptionist - to find their dream home. Carls knowledge of Charlotte and his networking connections with Realtors that specialise in certain areas make him an ideal relocation specialist.

 Carl is active in multiple local groups to help create a better and more educated community.
